CREATOR ACCESS NETWORK

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 15, 2026  |  Last Updated: March 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Creator Access Network (“CAN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, membership platform, community, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

CAN is operated by Creator Access Network, a California corporation, located at 12816 Inglewood Ave #329, Hawthorne, CA 90250, US.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, purchase a membership, or interact with our Services, we may collect:

  •  Account information: your name, email address, and password.
  •  Profile information: your social media handles, follower counts, content niche or category, and the platforms you use. This information helps us personalize deal recommendations and community features for you.
  •  Payment information: when you purchase a membership, your payment is processed by our platform provider, Kajabi, and their payment processor, Stripe. CAN does not directly store your credit card number or banking details. We do receive confirmation of your payment status, transaction amounts, and billing address.
  •  Community content: posts, comments, questions, and messages you share in the CAN community.
  •  Survey and onboarding responses: information you share through intake surveys, onboarding questionnaires, or feedback forms.
  •  Communications: emails, support requests, and other messages you send to us.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Services, certain information is collected automatically:

  •  Usage data: pages you visit within the platform, content you access, features you use, links you click, and how frequently you log in. This data is collected through our platform provider, Kajabi.
  •  Email engagement: whether you open our emails, which links you click, and when. This helps us send you more relevant content and deal alerts.
  •  Device and browser information: your device type, operating system, browser type and version, and screen resolution.
  •  IP address and approximate location: your IP address, which may indicate your approximate geographic location (city or region level, not precise location).
  •  Cookies and similar technologies: we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our Services. See Section 5 for more details.

1.3 Information We Receive from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including:

  •  Partner platforms: when you redeem a CAN partner deal or sign up for an affiliate program through our platform, the partner may share limited information with us, such as whether you successfully redeemed the deal, your account status with the partner, or commission data related to your affiliate activity.
  •  Affiliate networks: affiliate tracking platforms may share commission amounts, conversion data, and transaction details related to your affiliate activity through CAN partner programs.
  •  Social media platforms: if you connect a social media account to your CAN profile, we may receive basic profile information from that platform consistent with your privacy settings on that platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Providing and operating the Services

  •  Processing your membership registration and payments.
  •  Giving you access to partner deals, affiliate opportunities, educational content, and community features.
  •  Personalizing your experience, including recommending deals and opportunities relevant to your content niche, follower size, and platforms.

Communications

  •  Sending you membership-related communications: deal alerts, new partner announcements, community updates, and account notifications.
  •  Sending our newsletter (available to both free subscribers and paid members).
  •  Responding to your questions, requests, and support inquiries.

Measuring and improving the Services

  •  Tracking partner deal redemptions to measure the value our members receive and to improve our deal curation.
  •  Analyzing usage patterns to improve platform features, content, and user experience.
  •  Creating aggregated, anonymized statistics about membership value and usage (for example, “CAN members saved an average of $X through partner deals in a given year”). These aggregated statistics do not identify you personally and may be used in our marketing materials.

Legal and compliance

  •  Complying with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes.
  •  Enforcing our Terms of Service and protecting the rights, safety, and property of CAN, our members, and others.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

We share information with companies that help us operate the Services:

  •  Kajabi: our platform provider. Kajabi hosts the CAN website, community, content, and processes payments through Stripe. Kajabi’s use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
  •  Email service providers: if we use email tools beyond Kajabi’s built-in email system, those providers will have access to your email address and engagement data.
  •  Analytics providers: we may use tools like Google Analytics to understand how our Services are used. These providers collect data through cookies and similar technologies.

3.2 Partner Companies

This is important to understand, so we want to be transparent: CAN curates and negotiates deals with third-party partner companies on your behalf. Here is how data sharing works with those partners:

  •  When you redeem a partner deal through CAN (for example, by clicking a partner link or using a discount code), the partner will collect information from you directly as part of their own sign-up or purchase process. That information is governed by the partner’s own privacy policy, not ours.
  •  In most cases, we share only a referral code or tracking link with the partner, not your personal information. Some partners may share back with us limited data about whether you successfully redeemed the deal, so we can track the value our membership provides.
  •  We do not share your email address, social media handles, or other profile information with partners without your consent, unless required to facilitate a deal you have chosen to redeem.

3.3 Affiliate Networks

When you participate in affiliate programs through CAN, affiliate tracking platforms may receive information about your referral activity (clicks, conversions, commissions) to properly attribute and pay commissions. CAN may also receive this data to track the earning opportunities we provide to members.

3.4 CAN’s Own Affiliate Relationships

Transparency note: CAN may receive referral fees or commissions from some partner companies when you sign up for their products or services through our platform. This is part of how CAN sustains its operations and keeps membership pricing accessible. These relationships do not change the deals available to you, and we only partner with companies we believe provide genuine value to our members.

3.5 Legal Requirements

We may share your information if we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the safety, rights, or property of CAN, our members, or others; or to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

3.6 Business Transfers

If CAN is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our platform before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  •  Active membership data: retained for the duration of your membership and for 3 years after cancellation or expiration, to allow for account reactivation and to resolve any outstanding issues.
  •  Payment and transaction records: retained for 7 years after the transaction to comply with tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
  •  Community content: posts and comments you made in the CAN community will remain visible even after you cancel your membership, unless you request deletion. See Section 6 for how to make this request.
  •  Free newsletter subscriber data: retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribing, we may retain your email address on a suppression list to ensure we do not contact you again.
  •  Aggregated and anonymized data: may be retained indefinitely because it does not identify you personally.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for several purposes:

  •  Essential cookies: required for the platform to function (login sessions, security, payment processing). You cannot opt out of these.
  •  Analytics cookies: help us understand how members use the platform so we can improve it. These may be provided by third-party services like Google Analytics.
  •  Marketing and tracking cookies: used to track affiliate referrals, measure deal redemptions, and understand how members arrive at our platform. Partner affiliate platforms may also place tracking pixels or cookies when you click on partner deal links.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect the functionality of our Services.

Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as there is no industry standard for how to respond to these signals. We will update this policy if that changes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 All Members

Regardless of where you live, you can:

  •  Update your account and profile information at any time through the platform.
  •  Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  •  Cancel your membership through the platform or by contacting us.
  •  Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  •  Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).

6.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act:

  •  Right to know: you can request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it.
  •  Right to delete: you can request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (such as data we are legally required to retain).
  •  Right to correct: you can request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  •  Right to opt out of sale or sharing: we do not sell your personal information. If our practices change, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism.
  •  Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at avi@creatoraccessnetwork.com. We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days, as required by law.

6.3 International Members

If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and the right to restrict or object to certain processing. Contact us at avi@creatoraccessnetwork.com to exercise these rights.

By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  •  Hosting our platform on Kajabi, which maintains industry-standard security practices including encryption of data in transit and at rest.
  •  Restricting access to personal information to authorized personnel who need it to operate, develop, or improve our Services.
  •  Using secure payment processing through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are designed for adults who are building businesses as content creators. CAN is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not create an account or use our Services.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at avi@creatoraccessnetwork.com.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our Services, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the address associated with your account) and by posting a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
