Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Creator Access Network (CAN) is committed to making our website and member platform accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we keep working to improve the experience for all visitors as our site evolves.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we are doing

  • Writing descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
  • Maintaining a clear heading structure so screen readers can navigate our pages
  • Checking color contrast across our brand palette
  • Labeling form fields so sign-up and contact forms work with assistive technology
  • Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility as we publish them

Known limitations

Some content on our site comes from third parties, such as embedded partner deal widgets, video players, and forms provided by outside services. These may not fully conform to the same standard. Where we find problems we cannot fix directly, we raise them with the vendor.

Feedback and contact

If you have trouble using any part of our site, we want to know. Email us at info@creatoraccessnetwork.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line, and tell us the page address and the problem you ran into. We do our best to respond within five business days and to fix what we can promptly.
